Missy Weaver, born and raised in Lancaster County, is a third generation Roots Country Market vendor! We are so giddy to have Missy on board at Trellis Marketplace, stitching together locally grown catnip mats and toys for your feline friend. We asked Missy to tell us a little bit more about herself and her craft!

“My mom started making catnip toys/products 38 years ago. Then in 2019 I had the opportunity to take over the catnip empire creating "The Catnip Lady" business to help focus attention on the product line. I enjoy setting up at local craft shows and meeting new pet owners that are looking for locally made toys for their kitties. I work mostly with cotton fabrics, sewing and creating the product line out of my dining room turned into the catnip kingdom.”
