How We Operate:
Trellis Marketplace is dedicated to helping our partners grow and succeed in small business sales through curation of boutique rental spaces. Our vendor spaces vary in size and rent price. We keep our products unique and our style cohesive; when a vendor space becomes available, we choose vendors based on how their products fit with the surrounding vendor spaces, as well as the store as a whole, resulting in a diverse yet curated marketplace. As well as a monthly rental fee for vendor space, Trellis Marketplace also receives a (15%) commission from each product sold. We expect our vendors to maintain their business’s social media pages, and work with Trellis to promote and share products, promotions, events, and other information online. In addition to our main vendor spaces, we also feature rotational spaces in our upstairs loft; these spaces are great for seasonal vendors and short-term (1 to 4 month) vendors.
We receive many applications from local businesses that want to be a part of Trellis Marketplace, and we don’t always have a space available for everyone. This request is not a guarantee! We will contact you to schedule an in person meeting, if we think you’re a good fit for our marketplace.
We do try to host pop-up events at least a couple times a year, and we consider any potential vendors for our pop-up events as well. Follow us on social media to see when we are hosting events.
We are specifically looking for partners that can promote themselves and Trellis Marketplace on their business social media pages. We are looking for vintage, farmhouse style- home decor, retro decor, artisans, collectors and curators who enjoy sharing a completely collaborative experience! You must have a TAX ID.
